Why didn't my practitioner discount apply?
There might be a few reasons your discount has not applied to your cart:
1. You haven't hit the $500.00 order minimum. Once a practitioner order hits $500.00, your discount will automatically be applied.
2. You haven't logged into the practitioner portal and are attempting to purchase in our B2C shop. You need to be logged in to your practitioner account for a discount to apply to your order.
3. Your application may still be pending. We're usually pretty speedy, but if you recently applied, it may take up to 24 business hours for a new account to become active. Sit tight! You'll receive an email as soon as it's ready to go!
If you're still experiencing issues with discount application at cart that you feel are unrelated to the above, reach out and we'll sort it for you asap.

If you're based in Canberra, our products can be purchased at Clinic 88. We offer a 20% practitioner discount for all orders over $500.00. To apply head here.
