If you're logging in for the first time:

Often the reason first-timers have trouble logging in is that the account set-up step was skipped during the application phase. After you submitted the form, you'd have been prompted to set up your MWax account. If you think this is the issue, go here to set one up.

If you're logging in as an existing customer (who has ordered before):

This means you have already created an account and the issue might be an incorrect email or password. To gain access to your account, simply click the forgot password link and follow the steps to get back into your account.

If you've forgotten your password, head to the password reset link and we'll send you an email to get back into your account!

There might be a few reasons your discount has not applied to your cart:

1. You haven't hit the $500.00 order minimum. Once a practitioner order hits $500.00, your discount will automatically be applied.

2. You haven't logged into the practitioner portal and are attempting to purchase in our B2C shop. You need to have submitted an application for a practitioner discount and logged in for a discount to apply to your order.

3. Your account is not properly set up for discounts because your application may still be pending. If you recently applied, we're usually pretty speedy but at times, it may take a day or so for a new account to become active. Sit tight! You'll receive an email as soon as it's ready to go!

Practitioner application is a two-step process.

It's straightforward and takes about 2 minutes.

It requires submission of this form and the set up of an MWax account.

To be eligible for a practitioner discount you need to have completed both steps.

If you think you only completed one of the two steps, simply complete the other step to gain access to your account.

You can purchase MWax directly from our online shop.
